Valuation – What is your property worth?
You can call various different estate agents to value your property and get six different prices…why? The value of a property is subjective. Everyone has their own opinion and opinions vary. Some estate agents will give you a high valuation price just to get your house on their books. It sounds great on paper but you have to ask yourself, are buyers paying these figures or are you just being told what you want to hear?

Almost all sales enquiries come from property portals with over 1.5million searches carried out every month in the UK alone. Nearly all buyers use sites like Rightmove and Zoopla to source properties so we will ensure your property receives the widest possible marketing. The age of the internet means that the size of the company that represents you has become irrelevant whether a company has 300 offices or one, the property portals are where the buyers search.
