I have rented my flat with Evans and co for 12 years now. I was a first time landlord and very naive when I joined them. Thank goodness for Andrew and the team.  Trust in the team has always been so important to me as I work abroad, I have had great advice and guidance  all the way and have been able to run on the team to organise works for me in my absence.

I love the fact I receive prompt statements and invoices as well as frank and regular inspection reports. Due to my initial ignorance I probably called for advice and information more then others initially, however because of their knowledge and friendliness I’ve continued to do so.

A fantastic team I trust implicitly with my property. They have always been available and prompt with advice and information, are knowledgeable with the law and are totally professional whilst making you feel you are their only client ! 12 years on I am about to look for a third tenant and wouldn’t trust anyone else apart from Evans and Company .
