I have rented my flat with Evans and co for 12 years now. I was a first time landlord and very naive when I joined them. Thank goodness for Andrew and the team. Trust in the team has always been so important to me as I work abroad, I have had great advice and guidance all the way and have been able to run on the team to organise works for me in my absence.
