First time I have sold a house and completed today. It went very smoothly, Evans & Co are very professional and friendly, quietly got on with things and kept me up to date with progress. I’ve found some agents are very pushy, and often unrealistic with initial asking prices just to get your business, but I’m glad I chose Evans & Co who were very helpful and efficient; the sale went through relatively quickly and without complications.
