About Us
Evans and Company have been established in the local area since 1992 and to this day the partners of the business are still ‘hands on’ ensuring that all the staff adhere to the company’s high service standards.
Our first office was opened in 1992 by Managing Partner, Jason Evans in Greenford. His aim was always to offer the highest level of service and to achieve best sales prices for all customers. In 1994 our second office was opened in Hayes and Andrew Shoolbread joined the partnership. Having established a successful sales department, the partners took the decision to expand into other areas of the property market.
In early 1995, Evans & Company Residential Lettings was launched to provide landlords with a premier service that included full management, rent collection and a find tenant only service. Andrew Shoolbread now heads the department and continues to offer clients simple, honest advice in a constantly changing market.
